The holidays go high-tech with a first-of-its-kind 3D show projected onto the side of a rocket, a laser and light spectacular, and of course, space-themed holiday décor.
Brevard Zoo’s Holiday Happenings
Special dates through the end of December
Unwrap some festive fun during Jolly Days, December 20-23, where zoo keepers give enriching gifts and treats to their furry and feathered friends.
Space Coast Light Fest

Each night, Wickham Park transforms into a drive-through winter wonderland with a million shimmering lights on display. Single-car tickets start at $10 and are available online at spacecoastlightfest.com.
Light Up Viera!
30+ days of Holiday fun filled with something new happening almost every day-from themed nights, to special attractions such as a skating rink, Snowman Bounce House, Snowzilla Slide, Sandart Santa, and even a Holiday Village.
Milk and Cookies With Santa
Merritt Square Mall
Children are invited to come in their pajamas and enjoy milk and cookies while hearing a story read by Santa himself! Bring another pair of pajamas and a blanket to donate to a child in need. All donations benefit The Haven for Children.
Cape Canaveral Boat Parade
The Cape Canaveral Merchant Association will host their annual boat parade and the route will be from the locks and continuing past all of the restaurants to Jetty Park and back to the locks.
The Chanukah Lighting and Celebration will be held in The Avenue Viera's Central Park and will feature Walten's Acrobatic and Dog Show, traditional Chanukah latkes, Live entertainment, Chanukah songs and dancing.
Downtown Cocoa Beach
Hundreds of Surfing Santas will ride the waves this Christmas Eve in downtown Cocoa Beach. What once was a family gathering of surfers in Santa suits, has grown into a spectacle that garners international attention. Line up begins at 8am.
